Hello everyone yesterday we dissected a chicken wing and it was very interesting. We had to cut off the skin. Our aim was to find the bones and identify the muscle. The method we used were that we put the newspaper down , got scissors, a spike thing and tweezers. I found it fun but weird at the same time as the skin was slimy.

Bread Cases

Today we followed a recipe for bread cases and here is the results;

I liked making the food but I didn’t really like it with so much spaghetti and onion.

Hey guys today we made Pizza rolls, it was basically Pizza but rolled up like cinnamon rolls.

The ingredients to make pizza rolls were, dough,pizza sauce,cheese,ham and onion. It looked really messy being cut and rolled. I didn’t really like the sauce but the rest was pretty good.

Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

Today we made a big batch of banana chocolate chip muffins. Our group worked really well together and we each split the jobs to work quickly.

Some of the ingredients included; 2 ripe bananas, sugar,salt,chocolate chips, butter,milk and others. We did make a small mistake during today’s lesson which was adding the milk before we were supposed to but it actually didn’t make a difference which I was relieved because I was looking forward to these muffins.

We finished with 20 minutes to spare as we worked together and helped each other out. It looked and tasted delicious, I was proud of my group for working so well together. In the future I would recommend rereading the recipe to make sure so more mistakes are made.

Here is my Scientific Report for our State changing experiment.

Our goal was to find out what happens when u apply heat to ice. Our setup was a heatproof mat on top of a Bunsen burner and a Tripod was over the Bunsen burner to put the beaker on top of.

We then filled the beaker up with ice and lit the match while my friend turned on the gas. The Bunsen burner then lit and the ice started to slowly melt. The experiment went for a total of 16 minutes. when we reached 12 minutes the temperature reached over 100° Celsius.

I like Pop and Country because i grew up listening to country music as my mum loved that music and i just grew a liking of those songs and also i like pop because i have no music taste.
